Conditions of Warranty
Our jewels are warranted against production faults within the below conditions. In case of a detection of any faults due to FANCY production department, the faulty part, section, or the whole product if required, will be replaced without any cost.
The cases out of warranty coverage;
- The product being damaged due to accidents and misuse (impact, jags, crushing, breaking), the gem stones being broken or fallen off.
- Problems due to maintenance and repairs at FANCY stores.
Availability of warranty coverage is subject to submittal of the certificate.
If you wish to get services for our products of sale, we are waiting for you in our FANCY branches.
Storage and Maintenance
Maintenance on our jewels is annually carried out by FANCY without cost. For renovations to be made 12 months after purchasing date, there are charges on material and workmanship.
Periodical product maintenance is subject to submittal of the certificate.
Modifications and Repairing
