Researches show that the business efficiency in jewellery sector is very low in our country. If we look at the countries that have a prominent role in jewellery in the world, it is seen that the most important competition factors are; branding, production quality, business efficiency, human resources management that enables structuring of the trained labor force and finance management.
FANCY removes the negative outcome of all of these factors and aims to enable business efficiency of investors by directing their savings, energy and motivation through FANCY distributorship system.
FANCY Jewellery provides services for customers in (A+) and (A) profiles. The stores included within the distributorship system need to be located closely to the target customer profile. FANCY provides legal and architectural support in store establishing. This support includes; selection of store location, legal advising in leasing agreements to be made and architectural advising in store planning.
Marketing activities are carried out in two phases, namely, local and central. Each branch will form its own customer portfolio, create demand and introduce new products with promotions, with its activities in its own sale area. FANCY will contribute to these activities, to be realized by its distributor, on a certain rate.
The annual advertisement and public relations activities are organized by the Central Office for the FANCY brand. FANCY distributors will not make any use of these activities, intended for production introduction and brand awareness, without participating in these. All kinds of channels are used in these activities, from television, newspapers, magazines to fashion shows, private nights and messages in electronic environment.
Brand charges are not demanded.
Technical and architectural designs, project and feasibility studies provide assistance in budget and payment schedules.
